延续性护理对亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者甲状腺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨延续性护理对亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者甲状腺功能的影响。方法:选取2017年6月至2017年12月我院收治的40例亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者为对照组,选取2018年1月至2018年6月我院收治的40例亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者为观察组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取延续性护理。对比两组甲状腺功能指标及遵医行为。结果:干预3个月后,两组组FT3、FT4水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组TSH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组按时服药、科学膳食、功能锻炼占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:亚临床甲状腺功能减症患者实施延续性护理能够提高患者遵医行为,促进患者甲状腺功能恢复。Objective:to explore the effects of continuous nursing on thyroid function in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods:selection in June 2017 to December 2017, our hospital of 40 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism as the control group, selecting between January 2018 and June 2018, our hospital of 40 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism as the observation group, control group routine nursing care, observation group on the basis of conventional nursing to continuity of care. Thyroid function indexes and medical behavior were compared between the two groups.Results:after 3 months of intervention, there were no statistically significant differences in FT3 and FT4 levels between the two groups (P > 0.05). The TSH level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The proportion of the observation group taking medicine on time, scientific diet and functional exercise was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:continuous nursing for patients with subclinical hypothyroidism can improve their medical behavior and promote their thyroid function recovery.
