神经内科患者便秘的原因以及护理分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨神经内科患者便秘的原因,制定针对性护理计划并实施。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年2月我院120例神经内科患者为研究对象,依据随机分配原则分成两组,对照组用常规护理,观察组用针对性护理,对比两种方案实施情况。结果:观察组的便秘发生率16.67%低于对照组的43.33%,观察组的生活质量数值、满意度评分数值高于对照组,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对神经内科患者便秘原因进行系统分析,制定针对性护理计划并实施,能降低便秘发生率,提高生活质量和满意度,值得应用。Objective:To explore the causes of constipation in patients with neurology,formulate and implement a specific nursing plan.Methods:120 neurologics patients were selected from January 2017 to February 2018,and divided into two groups according to the principle of random distribution.The control group used routine nursing,and the observation group used targeted nursing to compare the implementation of the two schemes.Results:The incidence of constipation in the observation group was 16.67%lower than 43.33%in the control group,and the quality of life and satisfaction score were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the statistics were significant(P 〈0.05).Conclusion:by systematically analyzing the causes of constipation in patients with neurology,formulating and implementing targeted nursing plans,it can reduce the incidence of constipation,improve the quality of life and satisfaction,and is worth applying.
