恶心与呕吐患者的消化内科护理措施分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨消化内科护理措施在恶心与呕吐患者护理中的应用效果。方法:本文选取2017年1月至2018年1月在我院住院接受消化内科微创治疗治疗的案例,共计128例作为研究对象,将这128例研究对象随机分为对照组与实验组,每组分别64个病例。对照组实行常规护理,而实验组实行常规加消化内科护理护理。以出入液体量、尿比重及呕吐次数过频的发生率作为对比指标,并且对病患进行护理满意度调查,满意度采取10分制进行评分,0至5分是不满意,5至8分是比较满意,8至10分是十分满意。结果:消化内科护理对恶心与呕吐患者的呕吐次数过频有很好的预防降低作用,对于恶心与呕吐患者进行消化内科护理后,患者的满意度有了明显的提升。结论:在恶心与呕吐患者的护理中,行消化内科护理措施有明显的效果,医院应予以推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing measures in patients with nausea and vomiting.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2018,128 cases of minimally invasive treatment of gastrointestinal diseases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,64 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received routine nursing plus gastroenterology nursing.Taking the volume of fluid in and out,urine specific gravity and the incidence of vomiting frequency as the comparative indicators,and surveying the patient's satisfaction with nursing,the satisfaction was scored on a 10-point scale,0-5 was unsatisfactory,5-8 was satisfactory,and 8-10 was very satisfactory.Results:Nursing in digestive medicine can prevent and reduce the vomiting frequency of patients with nausea and vomiting.After nursing in digestive medicine for patients with nausea and vomiting,the satisfaction of patients has been significantly improved.Conclusion:In the nursing of patients with nausea and vomiting,the nursing measures in the Department of digestive medicine have obvious effect,and the hospital should be popularized and applied.
