摘　　要：中国特色的社会主义协商民主,同西方国家的协商民主相比,既存在大相径庭的不同点,又具有彼此融通的相似点。二者在理论基础、基本内涵、历史演进、实践样态、价值追求、保障制度和民主本质等层面,存在着非常明显的相异点。同时,经济形态的复杂性,公共决策的合法性,价值观念的多样性,社会治理的多元性,是二者共同蕴含的相似点。比较和分析中西协商民主,对于社会主义协商民主的进一步发展具有十分重要的现实启示。The socialist deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics and the deliberative democracy in western countries have not only great differences,but also similarities of mutual accommodation.There are obvious differences between them in theoretical basis,basic connotation,historical evolution,practice,value pursuit,security system and democratic essence.At the same time,the complexity of economic form,the legitimacy of public decision-making,the diversity of values,and the diversity of social governance are the similarities between them.The comparison and analysis of deliberative democracy between China and the west have important implications for the further development of socialist deliberative democracy.
