摘　　要：思想建设是党的基础性建设,是加强和改进党的其他方面建设的先决条件,也是推动全面从严治党向纵深发展,不断提高党的建设质量的思想保证。思想建设要把坚定理想信念作为首要任务,使党员干部成为共产主义远大理想和中国特色社会主义共同理想的坚定信仰者和忠实实践者。坚定理想信念,必须加强学习。要把理想信念的坚定性体现在做好本职工作的过程中,落实在具体行动上。注重思想建党与制度治党同时同向发力、良性互动。Ideological construction is the basic construction of the party,the prerequisite for strengthening and improving other aspects of the party′s construction,and also the ideological guarantee to promote the comprehensive and strict administration of the party to the depth,and to continuously improve the quality of the party building.In ideological construction,it is necessary to take the strengthening of ideals and beliefs as the primary task,so that party members and cadres can become firm believers and faithful practitioners of the lofty ideals of communism and the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To strengthen our ideals and beliefs,we must strengthen our study.We should embody the firmness of our ideals and beliefs in the process of doing our job well and implement them in concrete actions.We also should focus on ideological party building and institutional party governing at the same time,so as to form a benign interaction between them.
