关于美丽中国体系建构的思考

摘　　要："美丽中国"是国家生态文明建设的具体化目标。习近平总书记在十九大报告中指出,加快生态文明体制改革,建设美丽中国,并要融入到经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设各方面和全过程。这充分体现了国家高尚而鲜明的可持续发展情怀与时代先进思想。建设美丽中国是一个完整的体系,是由自然系统、经济系统、社会系统构成的,并直接受文化和科技力量的推动。只有深刻解读建设美丽中国的内涵,才能在美丽中国体系建构上充分体现科学性,才能针对性施策和精准发力,才能做到时空有序且高效地推进美丽中国的建设,最终实现中华民族的伟大复兴。The concept of the Beautiful China is proposed as a concrete goal of the construction of national ecological civilization in China.Chinese President Xi Jinping pointed out that it is necessary to speed up the reform of the ecological civilization system,and the processes of building the Beautiful China must be integrated into economic,political,cultural and social constructions.This fully indicates the national noble and advanced thought of sustainable development.Building the Beautiful China is a complete system which constitutes of natural systems,economic systems and social systems,and it is promoted by culture and technology.Only when the connotation of building the Beautiful China being interpreted profoundly,can the system be constructed scientifically,the targeted policy must be implemented precisely,the construction be promoted orderly in time and space and efficiently,and finally the great resurge of the Chinese nation be realized.
