金银花及其制剂中掺伪山银花的快速鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的建立快速鉴别金银花及其制剂中掺伪山银花的方法。方法采用薄层色谱法,以灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙为检测指标,以三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-浓氨试液(0. 5∶0. 5∶10∶1)为展开剂,快速鉴别金银花及其制剂中掺伪的山银花。结果掺伪山银花在2%以上,即可准确判断。结论该方法简便、快捷,可用于快速鉴别金银花及其制剂中掺伪的山银花。Objective To establish a rapid identification method of adulterated Lonicerae flos in Lonicerae japonicae flos and its preparations.Methods The adulterated Lonicerae flos in Lonicerae japonicae flos and its preparations was identified rapidly by TLC with macranthoidin B as identification of indicators,with a mixture of chloroform-acetic ether-methanol-concentrated ammonia solution(0.5∶0.5∶10∶1)as the developing agent.Results The adulterated Lonicerae flos in more than2%could be accurately identified.Conclusion The method is simple and quick,which can be used for rapid identification of adulterated Lonicerae flos in Lonicerae japonicae flos and its preparations.
