健脾升阳法治疗老年性气血亏虚型后循环缺血性眩晕临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察健脾升阳法治疗气血亏虚型后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将后循环缺血性眩晕患者90例随机分为A组(健脾升阳法治疗)、B组(给予强力定眩胶囊)、C组(给予维生素C),各30例,均用药14 d。结果治疗后,A组患者显效率为93. 33%,优于B组的73. 33%和C组的63. 33%(P <0. 05);各组患者椎-基底动脉的平均血流速度均快于治疗前,A组快于B组、C组(P <0. 05);各组中医证候积分均优于治疗前(P <0. 05),且A组较B组、C组改善更明显(P <0. 05); A组眩晕评定量表(DARS)评分低于B组、C组(P <0. 05),卡氏(KPS)评分高于B组、C组(P <0. 05);各组肝肾功能、心电图均无明显变化,未出现明显不良事件。结论健脾升阳法可提高患者的中医证候积分,改善眩晕症状,提高生活质量,且安全性良好,对肝肾功能、血常规无影响。Objective To observe the clinical effect of invigorating spleen and promoting Yang in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(PCIV)due to senile deficiency of Qi and blood.Methods Totally90patients with PCIV due to senile deficiency of Qi and blood were randomly divided into group A(the patients were treated with invigorating spleen and promoting Yang method),group B(the patients were treated with Qiangli Dingxuan Capsules)and group C(the patients were treated with vitamin C),30cases in each group,all the patients were treated for14d.Results After treatment,the marked efficiency of group A was93.33%,which was better than73.33%of group B and63.33%of group C(P<0.05).The average blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in each group was faster than that before treatment,and that of group A was faster than that of group B and group C(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the three groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of group A was more significant than that of group B and group C(P<0.05).The Digital Archive Retrieval System(DARS)score in group A was lower than that in group B and group C(P<0.05),while the KPS score in group A was higher than that in group B and group C(P<0.05).In the three groups,the liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram had no significant changes,and no significant adverse events were found.Conclusion The method of invigorating spleen and promoting Yang can improve the scores of TCM syndromes,vertigo symptoms,and the quality of life,it has good safety without effect on liver and kidney function or blood routine.
