摘　　要：本文在分析高校图书馆新生入馆教育存在问题的基础上,提出高校图书馆需根据新生的特点和需求进行分阶段教育:第一阶段是线上培训,让新生初识图书馆;第二阶段是线下培训,在开学季进行体验式教学使新生学会如何使用图书馆;第三阶段多渠道开展电子资源使用引导。Based on analyzing the problems existing in library entrance education for the freshmen by university libraries,this paper proposes that university libraries should carry out phased education according to the characteristics and demands of freshmen.In the first stage,the students will know about the library through the online“Freshman Column”.In the second stage,the students will learn how to use the library through experiential teaching in the beginning season.In the third stage,the library will guide the use of electronic resources through multiple channels.
