摘　　要：乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化不仅是实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化重要基础,也是走中国特色社会主义乡村振兴道路必由之道。当前乡村治理诸多困境是农民合作经济组织参与乡村治理的现实要求,多中心治理理论、公共参与理论、利益集团理论及马克思主义合作经济思想则为农民合作经济组织参与乡村治理提供必要理论支撑,党和国家政策支撑及其自身组织能力则为农民合作经济组织参与乡村治理提供保障。从现实看,农民合作经济组织参与乡村治理主要途径包括参与乡村公共决策制定,推动决策科学化和民主化;参与乡村公共产品的提供,增加公共产品供给多元化;搭建农民与政府沟通桥梁,保障农户权益,推动乡村善治。The modernization of rural governance system and governance ability are not only the important foundations of national governance system and governance ability's modernization,but also the only way to take the road of revitalizing the socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics.The practical requirements of peasant cooperative economic organization's participation in rural governance lay in many rural governance realistic predicaments at present.Polycentric governance theory,public participation theory,interest group theory and Marxist Cooperative Economic Thought provided theoretical support for peasant cooperative economic organization's participation in rural governance.The supports from policies of Chinese Communist Party and Chinese government,the strong organization ability of peasant cooperative economic organization provided guarantee for participating in rural governance.In reality,peasant cooperative economic organizations participated in rural governance including three paths.The first one was to take part in the formulation of rural public decision-making,which promoted the decision-making scientification and democratization.The second one was to participate in providing rural public goods,which increased public goods supply diversification.The third one was to build the bridge between peasants and government,which protected peasants'rights and interests and promoted rural good governance.
