摘  要:为设计高效蓖麻茎秆切割装置,提高蓖麻收获效率,研究蓖麻茎秆弯曲力学特性。试验以通辽地区广泛种植的通蓖7号和通蓖17号蓖麻茎秆为研究对象,以茎秆含水率、载荷加载位置、载荷加载速率为试验因素,茎秆抗弯强度为评价指标,通过旋转组合试验,建立评价指标与各因素之间的回归模型。结果表明,各因素对通蓖7号蓖麻茎秆抗弯强度的影响主次顺序为,加载部位>含水率>加载速度。含水率与加载部位交互作用影响极显著,加载部位和加载速度交互作用影响显著;各因素对通蓖17号蓖麻茎秆抗弯强度影响主次顺序为加载部位>含水率>加载速度。含水率与加载速度交互作用影响显著。建立蓖麻茎秆弯曲有限元模型,分析茎秆受弯曲载荷时的应力分布,得出不同生长部位纤维导管含量对茎秆抗弯强度的影响规律,并建立相关方程。仿真结果表明,纤维导管含量由3%增加至5%时,茎秆抗弯强度增加1.35%,相关系数为0.9041,纤维导管含量影响加载部位抗弯强度。文章可为蓖麻收获机械设计提供理论参考。In order to design a high-efficiency castor stem cutting device and improve the harvesting efficiency of castor,the bending mechanical properties of Castor stem were studied.In this paper,the stems of Tongbi7and Tongbi17were examined,which are widely cultivated in Tongliao area.The stem moisture content,loading position and loading rate were used as experimental factors,and the flexural strength of stem was applied as an evaluation index.The rotation combination test was established between the evaluation index and factor.The results showed that the highest order of the factors affecting the flexural strength of Tongbi7castor stem was moisture content,loading position and loading speed.The interaction between moisture content and loading site had a significant effect on the evaluation index.The interaction between the loading site and loading speed had a significant effect on the evaluation index.The factors on Tongbi17castor stem were loading position,moisture content and loading speed.The interaction between moisture content and loading speed had a significant effect on the evaluation index.The finite element model of castor stem bending was established to analyze the stress distribution of stems under bending load,and the impact of fiber duct content on the flexural strength of stems was obtained.The related equation was established.The simulation results showed that with the fiber duct content increased from3%to5%,the flexural strength of the stem increased by1.35%.The correlation coefficient was0.9014.It was said that the effect of the loading site against the bending strength actually depended on the fiber duct content of the site.This article provided a reference for the design of castor harvesting machine.
