摘 要:多孔陶粒具有较好的吸声降噪效应,陶粒的孔径、显孔率及孔的形貌特征等微观结构决定着其吸声性能的优劣。为实现对陶粒孔结构的调控,该研究以碳酸氢铵为发泡剂,通过探索热处理机制、发泡剂用量、养护时间等因素对孔结构的影响,制备出具备特殊孔结构的免烧结多孔陶粒,并对陶粒的显孔率、孔微观结构、吸声性能进行表征。结果表明:当发泡剂用量为2. 0%、升温速率为20℃/min、养护时间为0 h时,可制出显孔率高达32. 67%、平均孔径为0. 36μm、孔结构有序均匀排列的多孔陶粒,该陶粒宽频吸声效果良好,在200~2000 Hz范围吸声系数>0. 33,平均吸声系数为0. 54,并能有效改善低频吸声性能。Porous ceramsite has better the effects of sound absorption and noise reduction.The sound absorption performance is determined by the pore structure,pore porosity and pore morphology of ceramsite.To realize the control of ceramic hole structure,non-sintered porous ceramic with special pore structure has been prepared by using ammonium bicarbonate as foaming agent.The preparation is done by exploring the impact of heat treatment,foaming agent dosage,curing time and other factors on the pore structure.The prepared ceramiste is subjected to the test of ceramic porosity,pore microstructure,and absorption properties.The results showed that the porous ceramsite could be produced with 32.67%open porosity,an average pore diameter of 0.36μm,and an orderly uniform pore structure when the foaming agent was 2.0%,the heating rate was 20℃/min and the curing time was 0 h.The broadband sound absorption effect of the ceramsite was good.Its sound absorption coefficient was greater than 0.30 in the range of 200~2 000 Hz,with the average absorption the coefficient was 0.54.The use of this new ceramsite can effectively improve the performance of low frequency sound absorption.
