摘 要:城市排水系统作为城市建设的主要公共设施之一,担负着城市的排水防涝的重要作用,随着城市现代化的快速发展,传统的管理模式已满足不了现代城市发展的需求,而如何解决城市排水已成为衡量城市发展程度的标尺[1]。通过对国内典型管理模式的案例进行整理,分析其特点,并对其利弊做出总结,立足于合肥的排水管理模式,通过优劣分析,选择最适合于合肥发展的排水管理模式。Urban drainage system,as one of the main public facilities in urban construction,plays an important role in urban drainage and waterlogging prevention.With the rapid development of urban modernization,the traditional management mode has been unable to meet the needs of modern urban development.How to solve the problem of urban drainage has become a measure of urban development.Through sorting out the cases of domestic typical management mode,analyzing its characteristics,and making a summary of its advantages and disadvantages,this paper is based on the drainage management mode of Hefei,and,through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages,chooses the drainage management mode most suitable for Hefei's development.
