摘  要:利用计算机技术并结合四川石化蒸汽管网的特点,开发了四川石化蒸汽动力系统(SC-Smart Steam),用于预估装置用汽量变动对整个蒸汽系统的影响。介绍了该蒸汽动力系统的原理,并利用该系统分析了四川石化电网大面积停电对蒸汽系统的影响,在分析数据的基础上提出了调整方案,用于指导调度人员操作调整,避免误判损失。基于该系统可以模拟整个蒸汽动力系统的运行情况,包括电站和管网的协调配合及电站内部蒸汽的产用和转化形式,保证每个设备的蒸汽产用状况都可以满足生产运行的需要,从而对全厂蒸汽的运行调整起到安全保证作用。Taking advantage of computer technology and combining with the features of steam pipe system in Sichuan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,the steam power system(SC-SmartSteam)is developed to estimate the influence of steam usage amount changing on the whole steam system.The mechanism of SC-SmartSteam is presented and the SC-SmartSteam system is applied to analyze the effects of power grid black out on the steam system of Sichuan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd..The adjustment scheme is proposed based on the data analysis to direct the scheduling person operating and adjusting to avoid misjudgment and damage.The operation status of whole steam power system can be simulated based on the SC-SmartSteam system including coordination of power station and pipe network,and production,utilization and transformation of the steam in the power station to guarantee the production and utilization status of the steam of each equipment satisfying the requirement of production and running.Therefore,the running and adjustment of the steam in the whole plant can operate with security assurance.
