两种贷款方案对D工程耕地逐年货币补偿投资管理影响对比研究

摘　　要：介绍了广西D工程的概况及移民安置情况。该工程建设征地及移民安置实施耕地逐年货币补偿的资金筹措方式可以采取一次性贷款和建设期内分期贷款两种不同方案。从项目业主的角度出发,分析了两种不同贷款方案对该工程电价、资金拨付、投资计划和概算调整等投资管理方面的影响,并从确保耕地逐年货币补偿顺利实施方面提出了对策和建议。An introduction was made on the general information and inhabitant resettlem ent of Dproject.Farmland annual monetary compensation was adopted for land requisition and inhabitant resettlem ent of this project,and two loan programs of one-off loan and installm ent loan were made for financing.From the perspective of project owner,two loan programs were compared in respects of electricity price,payment,investment plan and budget adjustment etc.Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to ensure smooth implementation of farmland annual monetary compensation.
