天津市海水资源综合利用产业现状及发展对策分析

摘　　要：在气候因素、地域环境、水体污染共同影响下,水资源短缺区域面积不断扩大,已成为制约经济社会可持续发展的限制性因素。海水淡化不但增加了水资源供给途径,缓解了城市发展用水问题,而且促进了区域经济可持续发展。分析了天津市海水综合利用的现状,归纳了海水综合利用过程中的成效,结合天津市海水综合利用特点,提出海水综合利用产业发展的措施和建议,为天津市制定海水综合利用战略提供决策参考。With the influence of climate,regional environment and water pollution,the area of water shortage is expanding continuously,which has become a restrictive factor to restrict the sustainable development of economy and society.Desali.nation not only increases the way of water supply,but also alleviates the contradiction of water use in urban development.It can also promote the development of desalination industry and promote the sustainable development of regional economy.In this paper,the development status of comprehensive utilization of seawater in Tianjin is analyzed,the results of comprehen.sive utilization of seawater are summed up,and combined with the characteristics of comprehensive utilization of sea water in Tianjin,the measures and suggestions for the development of comprehensive utilization of seawater are put forward,which will provide reference for the development direction and scientific decision of the comprehensive utilization of seawa.ter in Tianjin.
