依法治校视域下当代大学生法治观念培养

摘　　要：依法治校要求社会公众树立法治观念,而当代大学生是高校赖以存在和发展的最重要主体,是高校实现依法治校的重要力量,更是未来法治国家建设的主力军,因此,加强对当代大学生法治观念的培养具有重要的理论价值和实践价值。那么,在法治大环境下,要想对当代大学生法治观念进行有效培养,首先要清晰界定法治观念的内涵和深刻把握法治观念的内在规律性,并在其基础上搞清楚当代大学生法治观念培养的具体内容,即法律规范的理性认知、法治思维方式的培养以及法治的真诚信仰,最后要针对培养的具体内容提出转变传统法治教育理念;转变法治观念教育方式;完善高校法治教育师资队伍;注重法治教育和道德教育的相融性;营造高校校园法治环境等。Running a school by law requires the public to establish the concept of the rule of law,and contemporary university students are the most important subject of the existence and development of universities.They are the important force to realize the rule of law in universities,and the main force of the future construction of the country under the rule of law.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to strengthen the cultivation of contemporary university students’rule of law.So,in the rule of law environment,we must clearly define the connotation of the concept of the rule of law and deeply grasp the inherent regularity of the concept of the rule of law,and on the basis of which to clarify the specific content of the cultivation of the concept of the rule of law of contemporary college students,that is,the legal cognition of legal norms,the cultivation of the way of thinking by the rule of law and the faith of the rule of law,and finally,it is necessary to put forward the effective training path for the specific content of the training,which mainly includes changing the traditional rule of law education concept;changing the rule of law education mode;perfecting the rule of law education teachers;paying attention to the integration of the rule of law education and moral education;creating a university campus legal environment and so on.
