摘 要:通过对宁波软土地区普通双圆盾构和类矩形盾构施工地表沉降监测数据及变形规律的总结分析,结果表明:在类似地质情况及埋深条件下,相对于普通双圆盾构,类矩形盾构掘进对周边土体的扰动范围及幅度更小,横向地表沉降槽宽度约为普通双圆盾构的70%,地层损失率降低了约30%;避免了冰冻法联络通道施工和运营期的地表及管片沉降风险;纵向地表沉降影响范围及时程变化规律基本相同;地表工后沉降均因土体蠕变压缩呈长期缓慢固结沉降趋势,一般3个月左右收敛稳定。Based on the analysis of surface subsidence monitoring data and deformation rules of ordinary double-circular shield and quasi-rectangular shield in Ningbo soft soil area,the results show that under similar geological conditions and burial conditions,compared with ordinary double-circular shield,quasi-rectangular shield tunneling causes a smaller disturbance range and amplitude on the surrounding soil,horizontal surface subsidence groove width is about 70%of ordinary double-circular shield,the loss rate of the bottom reduced by about 30%,moreover,avoid the freezing method construction of connecting passage formation and frost heave deformation risk and structure of the resulting Water Leakage infiltration,uneven settlement and other risks.The influence range and time course of longitudinal surface subsidence are basically the same.Due to soil creep compression,the post-construction settlement of the surface subsidence is a long-term slow settlement trend,and generally tends to converge stably in 3 months or so.
