摘  要:介绍了基于MOPA光纤激光器的动力电池防爆阀激光焊接系统设计原理及工作特点,优化了激光焊接工艺、工装夹具设计,采用双工位设计、转盘式工位循环,解决了动力电池防爆阀焊接质量和生产效率的问题,焊接成品率达到99%以上,生产效率≥45个/分钟。可满足方型动力、圆柱型等动力电池防爆阀的激光焊接生产要求。The design principle and operating feature of power battery explosive-proof valve laser-welding system based on MOPA fiber laser is introduced in this paper, which optimizes laser-welding technology and fixture design as well as double-working station design and rotators station loop cycle. It gives a solution to the efficiency problem of power battery explosive-proof valve welding quality, the final welding yield comes up to 99% with production efficiency≥45/min. The system could meet the production requirements of explosive-proof valve for square and cylindrical power battery.
