摘  要:针对液位传感器易受温度影响的问题,提出了基于Hermite基函数的液位非线性校正和温度补偿的复合校正方法,该方法使用递推最小二乘法对标定液位进行拟合以获取复合补偿模型的参数,由此根据液位传感器的测量值和环境温度即可高精度计算出实际液位。仿真结果表明,补偿后的最大相对误差不超过1.23×10^(-6)%,具有良好的非线性校正和温度补偿效果,在液位检测领域具有重要的理论和应用价值。In view of characteristics of liquid level sensor easily affected by temperature,the compound correction method of liquid level nonlinear correction and temperature compensation based on the Hermite basis function is proposed,which uses recursive least square(RLS)algorithm to fit the calibration liquid level to obtain the parameters of the composite compensation model.The method can calculate the actual liquid level with high accuracy according to the measured values of the liquid level sensor and temperature.The simulation results show that the maximum relative error is less than1.23×10^-6%after compensation,which has good nonlinear correction and temperature compensation effect,and has important theoretical and practical value in the field of liquid level detection.
