摘 要:车辆碰撞试验的数据采集系统用于记录试验中各类传感器的实时输出信号,其稳定性与数据准确性是决定碰撞试验成败的关键因素。研究数据采集系统的期间核查方法与应用可确保设备的可靠性。目前在行业内还没有针对车辆碰撞试验数据采集系统进行校准的规程。此期间核查方法主要通过通道幅值线性度、期间核查判据H值与激励电压值发现设备的状态变化。期间核查的实际测试结果也表明该期间核查方法能直观、及时地发现数据采集系统的问题,保障试验数据的准确性和可信性,节约成本,提升碰撞试验效率。The data acquisition system used in vehicle collision test is used to record the real-time output signals of all kinds of sensors in the test,whose stability and data accuracy are key factors determining the success or failure of the collision test.The research for intermediate checks method and application of data acquisition system can ensure the reliability of the equipment.At present,there is no regulation to calibrate the data acquisition system for vehicle collision test in industry.This intermediate checks method is mainly through the linearity of the channel amplitude,the criterion H and the excitation voltage to find the state change of the equip-ment.The actual test results also show that this intermediate checks method can find the problems of the data acquisition system directly and in time.Therefore,the accuracy and credibility of the test data are ensured,the cost is saved,and the efficiency of the collision test is improved.
