摘  要:目的:探讨桑叶及枸杞叶多糖对高血糖、血脂小鼠模型的降糖、降脂作用。方法:分别提取桑叶、枸杞叶粗多糖,并对多糖进行测定,以小鼠为试验对象,建立高血糖、高脂模型,将实验分为对照组、桑叶组、枸杞叶组、混合组,灌喂4周后,断尾采血,测定血糖(Glu)、血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)。结果:与对照组比较,桑叶多糖、枸杞多糖混合组降糖、降脂效果更佳,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:桑叶、枸杞叶多糖能够起到降糖、降脂作用。Objective:Study the extraction methods of polysaccharides from mulberry leaves and lycium barbarum leaves,and the effects of polysaccharides and lipids on hyperglycemia and lipid lowering in mice.Methods:The crude polysaccharides of mulberry leaves and lycium barbarum leaves were extracted,and the polysaccharides were measured.The hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia model was established in mice,and the experiment was divided into control group,mulberry leaf group,lycium barbarum leaf group and mixed group.After four weeks of perfusion,blood was collected from the tail,and blood glucose(Glu),serum cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)were measured.Results:Both lycium barbarum polysaccharide and mulberry leaves polysaccharide had the effects of hypoglycemic and lipid lowering on mice with high blood glucose and blood lipids.Compared with the control group,the effect of hypoglycemic and lipid lowering was better in the mixed group of mulberry polysaccharide and lycium barbarum polysaccharide(P<0.05).Conclusion:The polysaccharides extracted from mulberry leaves and lycium barbarum leaves in this experiment can play a role in reducing sugars and lipids and provide a basis for the development of such sugar-reducing functional foods or drugs.Therefore,it can be seen that the development and application of mulberry leaves and lycium barbarum leaves have broad prospects.
