摘 要:及时获得系统的阻尼状况,实现电网低频振荡的预警预控,对电力系统安全稳定运行具有重要意义。首先,分析了电网无功投切对低频振荡的激励作用,指出距离强相关机组较近的电容器/电抗器投切可激发电网关键振荡模式。其次,基于上述原理,提出在电网日常无功投切后对强相关机组振荡轨迹进行阻尼辨识,可获取关键模式实测阻尼,实现低频振荡在线预警。最后,通过对浙江电网实测数据的分析,验证了所提出方法的有效性。Timely obtaining the damping of power system for forewarning and precontrol of low-frequency oscillation is of great significance for operation safety and stability of the power system.In this paper,it analyzes the excitation of reactive switching of the power system on low-frequency oscillation and indicates that the capacitor or reactor switching near the strong correlation generator trends to excite the critical oscillation modes.Based on this principle,an online forewarning method for the low-frequency oscillation damping using the reactive power grid daily switching is put forward.In this method,the damping of the critical mode is obtained through the identification of the strong correlation generator active power output after the reactive equipment switching,so as to realize the online forwarning of low-frequency oscillation.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the actually measured data analysis of Zhejiang power grid.
