摘  要:城市电网的架空线路与交通网络、人员密集区域交叉跨越较多,断线故障易造成人员伤亡,因此提出了一种断线故障识别方法,实现高压架空输电线路断线故障的快速切除。所提方法利用线路两端电压信息和线路参数,根据线路模型关系计算电流相量,利用实测电流信息得到实测电流相量。在无内部故障时,计算电流相量与实测电流相量一致;线路内部故障时,两者存在较大差异。利用这一特征构造了电流比例判据,实现了断线故障的可靠识别和快速切除。最后,在PSCAD/EMTDC平台上对所提方法进行了仿真验证。The overhead lines of urban power grids cross traffic networks and densely populated areas.in the case of breakage fault,it may cause casualties.Therefore,a breakage fault identification method is proposed to enable breakage fault clearing.The proposed method uses the voltage information at both ends of the line and line parameters"calculate current phasor"according to the"measured current phasor"by the measured current information.In the absence of internal fault,the calculated current phasor is consistent with the measured current phasor;when an internal fault occurs,there is a significant difference between both phasors.Using this feature,the current ratio criterion is constructed to realize reliable identification and fast clearing of the breakage line.Finally,the proposed method is verified in PSCAD/EMTDC platform.
