摘　　要：我国应该构建中央-地方协同民间融资立法体系。通过修正民间融资中的刑法治理机制,制定民间融资的前置性中央立法,构建地方民间融资立法体系,改变现有的运用刑法治理民间融资的现状,从而鼓励民间融资健康、稳定地发展。China should construct legislation system of private financing with Central-Local Collaboration so that it could encourage the healthy and stable development of private financing by amending the criminal law governance mechanism in private financing,formulating the pre-emptive central legislation of private financing,constructing a local private financing legislation system,and changing the existing status of the use of criminal law to control private financing.
