摘  要:为研究结构在动态脉冲载荷下的响应,基于碰撞-液压原理,利用加压气体驱动弹丸撞击液压装置的活塞,活塞压缩液压介质产生单个半正弦波压力脉冲,研制了一套正弦波脉冲载荷发生装置,并对装置进行了加载实验和数值模拟。实验结果表明:该装置可产生压力载荷峰值超过50MPa、脉宽低于100μs的半正弦波脉冲,可用于实验室内进行冲击动力学加载实验。To study the structure response of dynamic impulse loading,based on the principle of impact and hydraulics,a half-sine pulse generator is developed.The working process of the generator is that the projectile driven by pressurized gas impacts the piston of the hydraulic device,and the piston compresses the hydraulic medium to produce a single half-sine wave pressure pulse.Loading experiment and numerical simulation are carried out on the device,the results show that the peak pressure value of the device is more than 50 MPa,and the pulse width is less than 100μs.It can be used for shock dynamic loading experiment in labortaory.
