重视发展大学生党员教育培训的“周期律”

摘　　要：发展大学生党员工作具有标准和程序要求,大学生党员成长过程具有阶段和规律性特征,形成了大学生党员成长期。积极探讨在入党启蒙期、入党积极分子考察期、预备党员考察期、党员常规教育期的发展大学生党员教育培训工作规律可以有效提高教育培训效果,对保证发展大学生党员质量做合格党员具有现实意义。There are standards and procedural requirements for the development of college student party members.The growth process of college student party members has stage and regular characteristics,which has formed the growth period of college student party members.Actively discussing the development of college students'party members'education and training during the enlightenment period of the party,the period of party members'active investigation,the preparatory party members'inspection period,and the regular education period of party members can effectively improve the effect of education and training,and it is of practical significance to ensure the development of the quality of college student party members.
