摘 要:波音B737飞机发动机水洗主要是针对发动机内涵道气路进行清洗。对于长时间工作在工业污染较重,城市建筑扬尘较差的环境下,发动机水洗可以在一定的范围内保持发动机性能,延长发动机在翼使用时间,降低发动机使用维护成本。文章根据东航武汉公司波音737-300和737-800机型的发动机水洗数据,分析水洗对发动机几个性能监控参数影响。为了优化水洗采取的一些措施。探讨了3种水洗方案,结论为固定基本次数为最优:每年固定一个基本次数,然后根据发动机的状况及运行环境,适当增加水洗次数。The water washing of Boeing B737 aircraft engine is mainly aimed at cleaning the air path of the engine connotation.For long working time in the environment of heavy industrial pollution and poor dust emission in urban buildings,engine washing can maintain the engine performance in a certain range,prolong the service time of the engine in the wing,and reduce the maintenance cost of the engine.Based on the engine washing data of Boeing 737-300 and 737-800 of China Eastern Wuhan Company,this paper analyzes the influence of washing on several engine performance monitoring parameters.In order to optimize the washing,some measures are taken.Three kinds of washing schemes are discussed,and the conclusion is that the optimal basic times are fixed:one basic time per year,and then increase the washing times according to the condition of the engine and the running environment.
