摘　　要：改革开放40年来,浙江非公有制经济的发展与贡献令人瞩目。基于模糊层次分析法,通过构造影响浙江非公有制经济发展环境评价指标体系,综合评价改革开放40年来浙江非公有制经济发展环境影响。通过Matlab软件计算一致性指标以及指标权重,对环境影响因素进行总和排序和单项分析。研究表明,浙江非公有制经济发展得益于体制机制发展环境优势,改革开放政策带来的环境变化成为浙江非公有制经济发展根本保障。The past40years since the reform and opening up witnessed the fast development and great contributions of non-public economy.Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),this paper constructs an evaluation index system to evaluate the environmental impact on Zhejiang’s non-public economic development in the past40years.By using MATLAB software to calculate the consistency index and index weight,the paper examines and analyses the environmental impact factors.The study shows that the development of Zhejiang’s non-public economy benefits from the environmental advantages of systems and institutions.The environmental changes brought about by the reform and opening-up policy have become the fundamental guarantee for the development of Zhejiang’s non-public economy.
