摘　　要：20世纪以来,信息传播技术飞速发展,技术进步给版权保护带来新的考验同时,也严重挤压着公众自由使用作品、参与社会文化生活的空间。数字信息时代背景下,更新版权保护的观念,对版权法做出适当的调整,以更好地保障人们自由获取知识以及参与社会文化生活的权利,确保版权人与作品使用人之间利益的平衡是有必要的。With the rapid development of information communication technology in the20th century,the technological advancement has put a test on copyright protection.Meanwhile,it has also brought constraints on the individual use of works and the personal involvement in social and cultural lives.In the context of digital information,it is highly necessary to update the copyright protection concepts and Copyright Law so as to ensure the rights of citizens to participate in the cultural life of the community freely and to keep a balance between copyright holders and their users.
