摘 要:为了提高减阻剂的耐温、耐盐性,从而使减阻剂更适应深层卤水提输环境,通过引入衣康酸改进减阻剂性能,采用Materials Studio软件模拟与实验相结合的方式,探究以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、丙烯酰胺、衣康酸3种单体合成水溶性减阻剂的可行性;模拟提输卤管道环境,以铁质管道、Na Cl溶液为主,探究减阻剂在铁管表面的吸附状态,分析其减阻机理;以卤水温度、流量、矿化度、减阻剂用量为变量评价减阻性能,通过室内减阻剂测试环道评价减阻效果。结果表明:引入衣康酸可成功合成减阻剂,减阻剂通过自由移动吸附在铁表面,使卤水中其他粒子在铁表面吸附力下降,流动阻力减小,减阻效果明显;该减阻剂受温度、矿化度影响较小,耐温、耐盐性改善。To improve the temperature tolerance and salt tolerance of the reducing agent to make it more suitable for deep brine transport environment,the itaconic acid was introduced to improve the performance of drag reduction agent.By combination of Materials Studio software simulation and experiment,the synthesis feasibility of water-soluble drag reduction agent with 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid,acrylamide,and itaconic acid was explored.The environment of the brine pipeline was simulated,and the iron pipe and NaCl solution were mainly used to explore the adsorption state of drag reducer on the surface of iron pipe.The mechanism of its drag reduction was analyzed.The drag reduction perfor-mance was evaluated by the salinity of brine,brine temperature,brine flow,and drag reducer dosage.The results show that the antifriction agent can be successfully synthesized by the introduction of itaconic acid.The drag reduction agent moves freely in brine and adsorbs on the iron surface,thus the adsorption capacity of other particles on the iron surface decreases,and the flow resistance reduces.The drag reduction effect is obvious.The reducing agent is weakly influenced by temperature and salinity,and the temperature tolerance and salt tolerance are improved.
