摘 要:利用杨木单板和铝箔制备复合多层板,采用锥形量热仪法进行板材燃烧性能测试,探讨铝箔在板坯中位置对复合胶合板燃烧性能的影响与变化规律。试验结果表明:随着铝箔位置由板坯中心层逐渐向上下两面对称配置,点燃时间逐渐延长,热释放速率HRR和总释放热THR逐渐降低,质量损失速率MLR和有害气体减少,但总生烟量上升,且后期的烟释放量增大。铝箔位于外层时,复合多层板的耐火和阻燃性能更强。A cone calorimeter was used to determine combustion performance of laminated composite panels made from poplar veneers and aluminum foils which were placed at different layers inside the panels.The influences of the aluminum foil’s positions on combustion characteristics of the panels were evaluated.The results showed that with symmetrical position of the aluminum foils from center to surfaces of the panels,time to ignition(TTI)of the panels was extended with lower heat release rate(HRR)and total heat released(THR)as well as reduced mass lost rate(MLR)and harmful gases(CO and CO2)released.However,it was observed that total smoke release(TSR)of the panels was increased and significantly enhanced in the later period.The laminated composite panel with aluminum foils placed close to panel surface showed better fire resistance and flame retardation.
