体育绘图在伦巴舞基本舞步教学中的应用

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、课堂观摩法、专家访谈法等研究手段,探讨我国拉丁舞技术基础训练的问题.在分析伦巴舞和总结个人教学经验的基础上,指出伦巴舞中基本步的动作要领和易犯错误,并提出在教学中应灵活运用体育绘图,在一定程度上给伦巴舞教学和技术训练提供了一种高效的方法.By using the methods of literature review,classroom observation and expert interview,this paper discusses the basic training of Latin dance techniques in China.On the basis of analyzing the rumba dance and summarizing personal teaching experience,this paper points out the essentials and mistakes of the basic steps in the rumba dance,and puts forward that sports drawing should be flexibly used in teaching,which provides an efficient method for the teaching and technical training of the rumba dance to a certain extent.
