摘　　要：现代社会,人们的生活压力越来越大,心理情感上的困惑也越来越多.戏剧治疗工作坊可以帮助人们有效释放自身压力,解决心理情感纠葛.将戏剧治疗工作坊中的部分戏剧引入电视节目,不仅可以使心理情感类电视节目更加多元化,提升节目品质、提高节目可视性,还有助于推广、宣传戏剧治疗工作坊,实现双赢.In modern society,people’s life pressure is increasing,and their psychological and emotional confusion is also increasing.Drama therapy workshops can help people release their pressure effectively and solve psychological and emotional disputes.Introducing some dramas in drama therapy workshops into TV programs can not only make psychological and emotional TV programs more diversified,improve the quality and the visibility of programs of the program,but also be helpful to promote and publicize the drama therapy workshops.It is beneficial to both people suffering psychological and emotional problems and the workshops.
