摘  要:采用浸渍法,制备出一系列不同负载量的V_2O_5/TiO_2催化剂;并采用XRD、FT-IR、N_2-物理吸附对催化剂结构进行表征.结果表明,适量的V_2O_5可较好地分散在TiO_2载体上,其中15%V_2O_5/TiO_2催化剂展现出更好的催化活性.在优化的工艺条件:反应温度为350℃,空速为2500h-1,n(air):n(toluene)=5:1,在15%V2O5/TiO2催化剂上,甲苯的转化率为7.3%,苯甲醛的选择性和收率分别为79.1%和5.8%.A series of V2O5/TiO2 catalysts with different loading content were prepared via impregnation method,and the catalysts were characterized by means of XRD、FT-IR、N2-physical absorption technology.The results showed that appropriate V2O5 species were highly dispersed on TiO2 supporter,and among them,the 15%V2O5/TiO2 catalyst showed a better catalytic activity.Under optimal reaction conditions,e.g.reaction temperature=350℃,GHSV=2500h^-1,n(air):n(toluene)=5:1;7.3%conversion of toluene was obtained,and 5.8%yield of benzaldehyde was achieved with 79.1%selectivity over the 15%V2O5/TiO2 catalyst.
