摘　　要：手术是治疗隐匿阴茎的最佳途径,其主要关键技术点包括"松解""固定""覆盖",即彻底松解阴茎Buck筋膜表面的异常纤维条索,在阴茎基底部固定白膜与皮下组织,通过多种途径或皮瓣覆盖脱套后的阴茎体。基于此的隐匿阴茎矫形术式繁多,效果不尽相同。阴茎皮肤整形重新覆盖阴茎体是隐匿阴茎矫形的重点,也是难点。为使临床类型不同的隐匿阴茎获得满意的手术效果,我们构建了阴茎皮肤整形技术平台,在此基础上形成隐匿阴茎矫形的总体策略,本文就此给予重点阐述并详细解析。Surgery is the best way to treat concealed penis.The key techniques include“release”,“fixation”and“coverage”,that is,thoroughly loosening the abnormal fibrous strands on the surface of the Buck fascia,fixing the tunica albuginea and subcutaneous tissue at the base of the penis,and covering the degloved penis through various ways or flaps.Plastic operations of concealed penis based on this procedure are various,and the outcomes are different.In the correction of concealed penis,the restoration of penile skin is a key and difficult point.In order to obtain satisfactory results for different clinical types of concealed penis,we have constructed a technical platform for penile skin plastic surgery,and formed the overall strategy of concealed penis correction.This article will focus on and analyze the strategy in details.
