摘　　要：随着人类社会与医学科学的进步与发展,临终决定(EOLDs)越来越受到社会的重视。生命即将终结的患者有自主决定接受或拒绝提供以延长患者生命为目的的生命支持治疗(LSTs),尊重患者的意愿就是尊重患者在医疗决定上的自主权。对重症监护室患者的EOLDs研究较少,希望通过本文对EOLDs的历史渊源及概念、EOLDs的原则及分歧的处理方法等的介绍,结合我院目前EOLDs的现状及处理效果,为临床医务工作者提供参考。With the progress and development of human society and medical science, hospice care has received more and more attention from society. Patients whose life is coming to an end have the discretion to accept or refuse to provide life support treatments (LSTs) for the purpose of prolonging the life of the patient. Respecting the patient's will is to respect the patient's autonomy in medical decisions. There are few such studies in China, and we hope to combine the historical origins and concepts of dying decisions, the principles of dying decisions and the treatment of differences, and the current status and treatment of end-life decisions (EOLDs) in our hospital. The effect is to provide reference for clinical medical workers.
