基于因子分析和聚类分析的山东省小康建设进程评价研究

摘　　要：本研究结合山东省的发展特点和实际状况建立了山东省全面小康社会统计指标体系,并基于2016年山东省17地市各指标数据,应用因子分析和聚类分析方法对山东省各地市小康建设进行了实证分析,研究结果表明:山东省17地市的小康建设进程基本可以分成三大类,其中青岛、济南、淄博和东营小康建设完成度较高,威海和烟台的小康建设程度一般,而日照、枣庄、聊城、德州、泰安、潍坊、莱芜、滨州、济宁、临沂和菏泽这11地市的小康建设程度较差。此外,研究结果还表明,山东省东西部地区小康建设存在一定不均衡的情况。最后,研究简要分析了山东省各市小康社会建设进程的主要制约因素并据此提出了有关对策建议。Based on the development characteristics and actual conditions of Shandong Province,this study establishes a statistical index system for comprehensive well-off society in Shandong Province,and based on the 2016 index data of 17 cities in Shandong Province,applying factor analysis and cluster analysis methods to the construction of well-off cities in Shandong Province.The empirical analysis shows that the construction of the well-off construction in 17 cities in Shandong Province can be basically divided into three categories,among which Qingdao,Jinan,Zibo and Dongying Xiaokang have a higher degree of construction,and Weihai and Yantai have a moderate degree of construction.The well-off construction of Rizhao,Zaozhuang,Liaocheng,Dezhou,Tai'an,Weifang,Laiwu,Binzhou,Jining,Linyi and Heze is relatively poor.In addition,the research results also show that there is a certain imbalance in the construction of a well-off society in the eastern and western regions of Shandong Province.Finally,the study briefly analyzes the main constraints of the construction of a well-off society in various cities in Shandong Province and proposes relevant countermeasures accordingly.
