套状撕脱性断指再植手术的临床治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨套状撕脱性断指实施再植手术的疗效。方法对本科室2016年1月～2017年11月间80例套状撕脱性断指患者,行随机数表分组:对照组(n=40)、观察组(n=40),对照组实施常规手术治疗,观察组实施断指再植手术,对比不同术式的效果。结果随访6个月,观察组断指成活率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),再植断指优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者存活断指对捏距离、屈曲距离较对照组明显降低,观察组患者存活断指力量较对照组明显升高,差异显著有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论套状撕脱性断指实施再植手术存活率高,且可促进患者断指功能恢复。Objective To investigate the efficacy of replantation surgery for avulsion of severed fingers. Methods A total of 80 patients with autistic avulsion fingers admitted to our hospital between January 2016 and November 2017 were randomly divided into the control group(n=40) and the observation group(n=40). Surgical treatment, the observation group was performed with finger replantation surgery to compare the effects of different surgical procedures. Results After 6 months of follow-up, the survival rate of the index finger was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05), and the excellent rate of replantation finger segmentation was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The pinch distance(0.50±0.23) cm and the flexion distance(2.34±0.52) cm were significantly lower than those of the control group. The survival strength of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusions The replantation procedure of the avulsion of the abutment is high, and it can promote the recovery of the broken finger function.
