安全管理在小儿外科手术护理中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的观察和探究安全管理在小儿外科手术护理中的应用价值。方法选择本院外科自2017年1月～2017年10月收治的80例行手术治疗的小儿患者作为研究对象,将其平均分成对照组和研究组,每组40例,对照组采用常规护理管理,研究组采用护理安全管理,对比两组患儿切口感染发生率、药物外渗发生率、坠床发生率以及患儿家属对护理工作的总满意率。结果研究组患儿切口感染发生率明显低于对照组(χ~2=4.428,P=0.037),研究组患儿药物外渗发生率明显低于对照组(χ~2=5.341,P=0.043),研究组患儿坠床发生率明显低于对照组(χ~2=5.932,P=0.026),研究组患儿家属对护理工作的总满意率明显高于对照组(χ~2=5.635,P=0.032)。结论在小儿外科手术护理中施行护理安全管理,不仅能有效降低患儿手术治疗期间不良事件的发生率,同时还能提高患儿家属对护理工作的满意率,因此,其是一种安全、高效的护理管理模式。Objective To observe and explore the value of safety management in the surgical care of children.Methods Eighty pediatric patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2017 were selected as the study subjects.They were equally divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care.The management and research team used nursing safety management to compare the incidence of incision infection,the incidence of drug extravasation,the incidence of bed fall,and the total satisfaction rate of the family members' nursing work.Results Incidence of incision infection was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(χ^2=4.428,P=0.037).The incidence of drug extravasation in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^2=5.341,P=0.043).The incidence of bed falls was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(χ^2=5.932,P=0.026).The study group suffered from The total satisfaction rate of children's care work was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^2=5.635,P=0.032).Conclusion The implementation of nursing safety management in pediatric surgical care can not only effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events during the surgical treatment of children,but also improve the family members'satisfaction rate of nursing work.Therefore,it is a kind of safety,Efficient care management model.
