摘  要:针对船舶气体灭火系统主要使用的3种灭火剂——哈龙1301、FM-200、NOVEC1230,从灭火剂特性参数、灭火剂本身及其分解产物毒性、对人员生命和设备安全4个方面进行分析。相比较,哈龙1301灭火效能更好,NOVEC1230环保优势较突出; 3种灭火剂都为低毒,都适合用于有人场所应用,NOVEC1230灭火时产生的HF浓度低于FM-200,但高于哈龙1301;灭火时,3种灭火剂产生的HF气体浓度都能达到对人员生命和设备安全造成损害,甚至致人死亡和设备损坏的程度;通过调整火灾探测灵敏度,尽早发现火灾、控制火灾规模、缩短灭火时间、采用复合灭火技术等,可以降低HF浓度。Halon1301,FM-200and NOVEC1230are the fire extinguishing agents commonly used in marine fire extinguishing system.Their characteristic parameters,toxicity,decomposition,effects on human health and safety of equipment were investigated.In comparison,Halon1301is more effective in extinguishing fire,but NOVEC1230has prominent environmental advantages.The concentration of HF is related to the fire scale,the time of fire extinguishing and the contact time.The concentration of HF produced by fire extinguishing with NOVEC1230is lower than that of FM-200and higher than that of Halon1301.The HF concentration generated by3kings of agents can reach the level of damage or death.By adjusting the sensitivity of fire detection to detect fire as early as possible,controlling the scale of fire and shortening the time of fire extinguishing,the HF concentration can be dramatically reduced.
