摘 要:搭建了某舰船环状冷媒水系统的模拟仿真平台与试验平台,对该系统不同负荷需求下的运行模式进行模拟分析与试验研究,分析了舰船冷媒水系统在不同运行模式下用户的流量分配特性。结果表明,对于舰船夏季夜间与过渡季运行工况,系统双泵、三泵分别向全船所有用户供水时,用户流量分别约为设计流量的50%与70%,区间流量不平衡率小于15%,满足舰船用户不同负荷(50%或70%左右)下的流量需求;对于舰船冬季运行工况,系统单泵、双泵供全船全年支路冬季运行时,用户流量约为设计流量的70%与95%,其区间不平衡率均小于15%,满足舰船冬季满负荷(100%)部分负荷(70%)条件下用户的水量需求。通过模拟与试验结果对比,进一步分析实际舰船环状冷媒水系统的水力平衡特性。A simulation model and an experimental platform of the loop refrigerant water system of ship were presented.The flow distribution characteristics of the users of the ship under different operating modes were analyzed by means of numerical simulation and experiments.The results showed that,for operating conditions of the ship in the summer night and transition season,when double pumps and three pumps respectively supply water to the whole ship,the flow rates of users are about50%and70%of the designed values respectively,and the imbalance ratio of the flow is less than15%,which can meet the different load(50%or70%)of the ship users.For operating conditions of the ship in winter,when single pump and double pump supply water to the annual branches of ship,the flow rates of users are respectively about70%and95%of designed values,the flow rates imbalance rate is less than15%,which can meet the full load(100%)and partial load(70%)of the ship in winter.Based on the comparison between simulation and experiment,the hydraulic balance characteristics of the loop refrigerant water system are further analyzed.
