中国企业境外投资铝土矿供矿前景分析及建议

摘　　要：本研究阐述了我国铝土矿资源储量、全球主要国家铝土矿产量及资源量。根据目前我国氧化铝工业的发展态势,其发展瓶颈逐渐向产业链的前端转移,国内铝土矿资源的相对不足已经成为影响我国氧化铝工业持续发展的重要问题。当前,我国铝土矿资源储量不足,采选条件不佳,铝土矿资源保障能力不足,资源安全问题凸显。中国企业必须着眼全球布局铝土矿资源供应渠道,在全球范围内配置铝土矿。我国境外铝土矿资源投资中,印尼等东南亚地区应是优先发展地区,几内亚等非洲地区是重点发展区域,境外投资铝土矿还应充分借助国际资本市场作用。This study describes China's bauxite resource reserves,bauxite production and resources in major countries around the world.According to the current development trend of China's alumina industry,its development bottleneck gradually shifts to the front end of the industrial chain.The relative shortage of domestic bauxite resources has become an important issue affecting the sustainable development of China's alumina industry.At present,China's bauxite resources are insufficient,the mining conditions are not good,the bauxite resources support capacity is insufficient,and resource security issues are highlighted.Chinese companies must focus on the global distribution of bauxite resources and deploy bauxite on a global scale.In China's overseas investment in bauxite resources,Southeast Asia such as Indonesia should be a priority development area,and Africa such as Guinea is a key development area.Overseas investment in bauxite should also fully utilize the role of international capital markets.
