摘　　要：企业通过合理调整工况,既可以鉴别环保设施的实际处理能力,又可以预警与控制各类排放口的最大排放风险。同时,验收监测单位要严格按照验收技术规范明确的工况要求开展验收监测,出具符合要求且准确可靠的验收监测报告,从而保证验收质量。本文通过对建设项目竣工环保验收监测工况的现行要求、作用和难点进行分析,提供符合行业技术规范和标准要求的监测期间工况核查要点及方法。By rationally adjusting the working conditions,enterprises can not only identify the actual processing capacity of environmental protection facilities,but also warn and control the maximum emission risks of various types of discharge ports.At the same time,the acceptance and monitoring unit shall carry out inspection and acceptance monitoring in strict accordance with the requirements of the working conditions specified in the acceptance technical specifications,and issue an accurate and reliable acceptance monitoring report that meets the requirements,thereby ensuring the quality of acceptance.This paper analyzes the current requirements,functions and difficulties of the construction project completion environmental monitoring and monitoring conditions,and provides the key points and methods for checking the working conditions in accordance with the technical specifications and standards of the industry.
