摘  要:文中通过对目前存在的采煤机前后滚筒尘源处喷雾问题的传统喷雾模式的缺点进行了分析,并基于此解决了综采工作面采煤机顺风、逆风割煤产尘规律的差异对喷雾降尘的影响,以及工作面粉尘突然增大时,系统原有喷雾量无法达到预期效果情况等问题为目的;针对上述问题进行了系统的软件和硬件的升级改进,经过现场实验,证明了新型系统各项功能均可靠和正常,更加符合工业现场的应用。This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional spray pattern of the current problem of spraying dust at the drum source before and after the shearer.Based on this,the differences in the rules of coal production from downwind and upwind coal cutting in fully mechanized coal mining face are solved.The impact of dustfall,and the sudden increase in the work dust,the system can not achieve the expected effect of the original spray volume for the purpose of the problem;for the above issues,the system software and hardware upgrades,after field experiments,proved the new system All functions are reliable and normal,and are more in line with industrial field applications.
