摘  要:重水堆机组应急堆芯冷却系统爆破盘液位测量回路偏差大问题分析,介绍案例背景,分析隔离模块输出回路中取样电阻、指示表、回路电流的准确性、隔离模块输入回路中液位变送器输出电流、隔离模块输入电流、取压管线内存在气泡对测量结果的影响、仪表管线内温度不同对测量结果的影响和液位变送器工艺参数,最终确定液位变送器输入信号量程与实际值存在偏差是导致液位偏差过大的根本原因,并根据实际测量的输入信号量程通过理论计算与测量结果进行对比,对液位变送器输入信号量程参数进行优化后解决了爆破盘液位测量回路偏差大问题。heavy water reactor unit rupture disc level measurement circuits of the emergency core cooling system deviation problem analysis,introduces the background and case analysis isolation module output circuit in the accuracy of the loop current sampling resistor,indicator,liquid level transmitter output current,isolation module input current and the pressure inside the pipeline exist bubble on the result of measurement,meter pipes in different measurement results of temperature and liquid level transmitter technology parameters,the influence of final liquid level transmitter input signal range,there is a deviation with the actual value is the primary cause of liquid level difference and according to the actual measurement range by theoretical calculation and the input signal the measurement results were compared and the parameters of the input signal range of the level transmitter were optimized to solve the problem of range deviation in the level measurement loop of the rupture disc.
