摘 要:排粉机是火电厂中储式制粉系统中重要的电力设备,其稳定性严重影响到机组的安全稳定运行。针对现场存在的排粉机电流异常波动的现象,本文基于现场系统运行数据,结合相关理论知识,对制粉系统进行了全面的定量和定性分析,确定了细分分离器的锁气器动作,造成乏气送粉浓度增加,进而引发排粉机电流异常波动,通过调整锁气器重锤,增加锁气器动作频率,以此解决排粉机电流异常波动的问题,保障了机组的安全稳定运行。The powder discharging machine is an important power equipment in the pulverized coal storage system of the thermal power plant.Its stability seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the unit.In view of the phenomenon of abnormal fluctuation of current in the pulverizer,based on the operation data of the field system and the relevant theoretical knowledge,this paper makes a comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis of the pulverizing system,determines the action of the gas lock device of the separator,causes the concentration of the exhaust gas to increase,and then causes the abnormal wave of the mechatronic flow of the powder discharge.The problem of abnormal current fluctuation of the pulverized machine is solved by adjusting the heavy hammer of the air lock and increasing the action frequency of the air lock,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
