摘  要:目的探讨磁敏感加权成像序列在老年患者急性脑梗死灶旁静脉分支3T MR上的应用价值。方法对128例临床怀疑的急性脑梗死老年患者全部行常规MRI+DWI+SWI检查。以DWI发现的急性梗死为分组标准,128例老年患者分为急性梗死组(73例)和非急性梗死组(55例)。结果 128例中,SWI序列显示病灶周围小静脉增多、增粗和淤滞共24例。急性梗死组中有19例SWI显示病灶周围皮层静脉显示异常增粗和增多,非急性梗死组有5例SWI显示静脉异常;急性梗死组中梗死灶旁小静脉分支异常发生率高于非急性梗死组。结论 SWI序列能敏感地显示脑内梗死灶旁皮层小静脉分支异常,有助于老年急性脑梗死的诊断。Objective To investigate the application value of susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI)technique at3T MRI in depicting the venules around the infarction focus in the elderly with acute cerebral infarction.Methods128elderly with clinical suspected acute cerebral infarction were selected and were given routine scanning of MRI+DWI+SWI;based on the acute cerebral infarction revealed by DWI,the elderly were divided into 2 groups:acute infarction group(n=73)and nonacute infarction group(n=55).Results 24 elderly out of the128showed increased dilated venules with stasis on SWI sequence;abnormal dilation and increased number of the veins around the infarction focus were found in19elderly in acute infarction group and venous abnormity was found in5elderly in non-acute infarction group;the occurrence of abnormity in venules around the infarction focus was higher in acute infarction group than in non-acute infarction group.Conclusions SWI sequence can sensitively display the abnormity in venules around the infarction focus,which is of certain help in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction in the elderly.
