摘　　要：清光绪十三年(1887年),云南石屏发生7级地震。地震发生后,当地政府及民间开展了积极有效的灾害救济工作,同心合力,应对此次地震危机。但限于时代背景、交通状况、民族环境的因素影响,整体救灾效果并不理想。In the thirteen years of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty,there accurred an earthquake with M7in Shiping county of Yunnan province.This earthquake was characterized by severe damages,spread over wide areas,and finally caused abnormally high casualties and huge economic losses.To respond the disaster,the government and the nongovernment carried out a series of active and effective disaster relief.But the final effect was not so ideal which is confined to the times background,traffic conditions,ethnic factors and so on.
