摘  要:以短季棉品种鲁棉研19号和常规棉品种鲁棉研28号为材料,研究分析了短季棉品种与常规棉品种花芽分化进程的差异及花芽分化进程中的内源激素水平与碳氮代谢差异。结果表明,较早的花芽分化起始和更快的花芽分化进程是短季棉早熟性形成的形态基础,而花芽分化前期较高的碳氮比值和更高的GA3、ABA含量及GA3/IAA、ABA/IAA比值,是短季棉能更早地起始花芽分化和更快地完成花芽分化的生理基础。The differences of flower bud differentiation process,endogenous hormone level and carbon and nitrogen metabolism in the process of flower bud differentiation between short season cotton varieties and conventional cotton varieties were studied by using SCRC19(short season cotton)and SCRC28(conventional cotton)as materials.The results showed that the earlier initiation and the faster process of flower bud differentiation were the morphological basis for early maturing formation of short season cotton,while the higher C/N ratio,GA3and ABA content,GA3/IAA and ABA/IAA ratio at the early stage of flower bud differentiation in short season cotton were the physiological bases for that short season cotton could start and complete flower bud differentiation more quickly.
